Project Details Agency Poulsbo Project # 6691001 Project Title Noll Road Improvements WSDOT Region Olympic Legislative District 023 Congressional District 06 Project Description Roadway, illumination, sidewalk, and shared use path improvements in various configurations through the corridor per the corridor plan. Roundabout at the new intersection of Johnson Road, a non-motorized crossing at SR305, and potential intersection traffic control at the Noll Road / SR 305 intersection. Stormwater conveyance improvements to Liberty Bay outfall. Utility relocation/replacement will occur as needed. New water/sewer mains will be installed in the new roadway segment. Construct in three stages: Stage 1 South-NE Johnson Way to I/S of Noll Road/Storhoff Road NE. Stage 2 Center–I/S of Noll Road/Storhoff Road NE to I/S of Noll Road/NE Mesford Road. Stage 3 North–I/S of Noll Road/NE Mesford Road to Maranatha Lane & Lincoln Road.
