To include replacing of existing bridge over Puyallup River at 66 Ave E. new traffic signals at major I/S and new RR grade separation over BNSF tracks. Roadside improvements to include sidewalks, paved shoulder or wider outside lanes to accommadate non motorized use. SCOPE CHANGE: 8/02 Split into two projects PCO-70 (this project, 52nd to 70th) and PCO-70A new project (Pioneer Way E to 52nd which will include the BNSF grade separation).
