WSDOT Region Northwest Legislative District 039 Congressional District 01 Project Description Replace storm damaged culvert with a fish passable structure, Currently the roadway is narrowed to one lane due to outside lane slope instability. The replacement structure will re-stabilize the prism and re-establish two-way traffic. Field analysis is underway to determine TS&L of replacement structure.
